This exclusive peer network is designed for those who have completed the Certified Board Member (Hyväksytty Hallituksen Jäsen, HHJ) Course. Certified Board Members Network is a unique network designed exclusively for Certified Board Members working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As a member, you’ll stay ahead of regulatory developments, refine your boardroom skills, and engage in confidential discussions with like-minded professionals – all in a structured, inspiring environment. The network operates in English.

We meet four times a year in Helsinki, combining expert-led sessions, peer discussions, and informal networking. If needed, we can arrange remote access. Each session includes lunch, expers presentations, peer discussions and networking. Annual membership renews automatically.

The CBM Network offers a confidential space to explore key themes in board work, learn from peers, and stay ahead of developments affecting SMEs.

Tampere Chamber of Commerce and the regional development organization for board work, Hallituspartnerit ry, are responsible for the CBM/HHJ program, which includes a wide range of courses, training, and the HHJ/CBM Exam. The HHJ Course was held for the first time in Tampere in the autumn of 2005. To date, over 17 000 people have completed the HHJ/CBM Course. Approximately 200 have completed the CBM Course in English.
