In line with the Finland Chamber of Commerce’s Climate Commitment, we are committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2035. We monitor the carbon footprint of our events, strive to reduce carbon emissions and offset the environmental effects of holding events. Therefore, when registering, we will ask you how you will travel to the event. Please help us make our carbon footprint as small as possible by using public transport where possible.
Please note that to participate in HIAD2021 and/or the adjoining events (dinner(s), cocktail(s) and/or after-event(s)), you may be required to present an EU Digital Covid Certificate (EUDCC) or a valid vaccination, recovery, or negative test result certificate issued by a third country for which the EU has adopted an equivalence decision. For more information and updates, please refer to the European Commission info page. Please note that a valid certificate includes an EUDCC compliant QR code. At the present time at least the after-event venue of HIAD2021 requires presentation of a COVID certificate upon entry. Please note that the COVID certificate requirements may change before the event.
