We have the honour to invite you to a meeting to connect with top-level officials of the Hau Giang Province of Vietnam.
A delegation from Hau Giang Province led by the Secretary of the Hau Giang Provincial Communist Party,Nghiem Xuan THANH, will visit Finland from 10-14 December. The delegation would like to learn and share experience as well as seek for potential partners for cooperation in the fields of circular economy, waste-to-energy, high-tech farming, waste sorting and recycling, climate change.
The Director of the Department of Planning and Investment can provide the Finnish enterprises with the background information of the business environment and the potential opportunities for Finnish enterprises who are interested in Hau Giang’s advantages and demands. He can also recommend the appropriate Vietnamese partners for the Finnish enterprises.

Geographically, Hau Giang lies in the center of the Mekong Delta and serves as a gateway to Vietnam’s southern provinces with the rest of the Mekong Delta.
Hau Giang Province enjoys high investment incentives. Enterprises are entitled to preferential corporate income tax, land rent exemption or reduction, and import tax exemption among others.
Moreover, the province plans to develop ”e-government” and ”enabling government” that serve people and businesses. To achiece this, the local government will conduct strong administrative reforms, strive to create an open, favorable and excellent business investment environment for enterprises and investors.
